Q. What are the system requirements for Lucubee?
A. Lucubee Study Assistant will run on any PC with a Windows operating system and the .NET Framework, typically Windows XP or Vista.

Q. What is the .NET Framework?
A. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a software framework that can be installed on computers running Microsoft Windows operating systems. It includes a large library of common programming used by programs written specifically for the framework.

Q. How do I know if I have the .NET Framework installed?
A. If you keep your computer up to date with Windows Update you will most likely have the framework installed. Lucubee setup will check your PC for the .NET Framework. If it is not present you will be prompted to install it from Microsoft.

Q. How do I register?
A. In the Lucubee software under Help, select Register, then click on "Register Online" under option 2 and follow the onscreen instructions. You will need to provide your name, mailing address, a valid e-mail address and your Lucubee serial number.

A. You will find the serial number in the software under Help, Register or Help, About.

Q. Can I use Lucubee on more than one computer?
A. No, Lucubee is licensed on a per computer basis; if you wish to use Lucubee on another computer you will be required to register the software for that computer separately.

Q. If I buy a new computer can I move Lucubee?
A. Yes, download and install Lucubee from our website, send an email to support@lucubee.com include your name, mailing address, the Lucubee serial number and registration key from your old computer as well as the Lucubee serial number from your new computer. We will also need to know what operating system you use on both the old and new computers. Once we have this information we will provide you with instructions on how to move your data along with your new registration key.
